HMDEJI(T) series two-speed electrified electromagnetic brake motor is a matching motor product specially designed according to the working characteristics of textile engineering equipment. The product consists of main motor, electromagnetic brake,

Full wheel reducer, auxiliary motor, connecting plate, etc., the motor has high starting torque, rapid braking, accurate positioning, slow debugging, small vibration, low sound, can realize the user slow automatic debugging, maintenance and other advantages. HMDEJ(T) series two-speed electrified electromagnetic braking motor can realize fast braking when the main motor is working, and at low speed according to equipment assembly, overhaul and maintenance needs at this time, the main motor is not energized, and the auxiliary motor drives the main motor through the runwheel reducer at low speed, and the reduction ratio can reach 1:62.
The external brightness protection level of the motor is IP44, and the insulation level is F(H  optional). The cooling method is IC411(fully enclosed and fan-cooled type), working system :S1 continuous working system, rated voltage and rated frequency of the motor can be customized according to customer requirements. The main motor can choose top outlet line and side outlet line, and the Angle A between the auxiliary motor axis and the main motor installation plane can realize free rotation according to user requirements.
